Furnishing is split by building: studios and one-bedrooms in Souq Furnished Apartments and in Residences C are handed over fully furnished, while two- and three-bedrooms in Residences C are unfurnished. Buyers in Souq Furnished Apartments were offered a choice of three colour schemes.
The stated sustainability rating: 2 Pearl for the residential buildings under the local rating system, 1 Pearl for the common areas. The quarter is marked pet-friendly.
