Ellington is recognisable for its architecture and finishes, and in several districts, for its low-rise format too. In Dubai Hills Estate the developer already has Ellington House II at 12 storeys; House 4 continues the same logic on a neighbouring plot.
A small building with a limited number of apartments is a deliberate choice: the common areas serve long-term residents rather than a rotating pool of tenants. In a district where Emaar's villas sit next to compact residential complexes, that's its own niche.
