When a dozen buildings by the same developer stand in one district with similar layouts and finishes, telling them apart comes down not to the project name but to three things: location within the district, year of completion, and building size.
Location matters most — JVC is elongated, and the distance to the Al Khail exit and to schools varies a lot between plots. The completion year determines condition and remaining warranty. Building size determines how many neighbours you have and how fast a resale moves.
The prices, meanwhile, will be close — this is a case where comparing on price alone doesn't help. You need to look at the map and walk the ground.
