The near-doubling between 350 and 360 Riverside Crescent, despite one developer, one line and one plot, comes down to the mix of lots currently on the market: their floors, sizes and views.
Which gives a rule for numbered lines: the number in the name is the address of a specific tower, not a series. Neighbouring numbers can't be compared directly — each has its own height, its own canal view and its own layout mix.
Check the tower number in the contract, not the line name in the listing.

The final payment on this building falls in 2027 — under off-plan plans that is
40–60% of the price in one go. A UAE bank closes it: the flat becomes the security,
and nothing is added on top of what the developer has already been paid.
Up to 80% of the appraised value, no extra down payment
3.99% fixed for three years, up to 25 years in term
6–12 months before the keys — the bank wants six months of income history
Already been invoiced, or missed the date? That is not a dead end either — write and
we will look at what the developer will accept.
Construction is ongoing; the key-handover date for the unit you choose I check in the contract before you sign.

Keeta Drone has signed an MoU with Sobha Realty to bring drone delivery to Sobha Hartland, home to 11 000+ residents — the service's first tie-up with a developer's smart community in the UAE. It already flies in Dubai Silicon Oasis and Nad Al Sheba. What it changes for tenants and owners.
A developer that builds with its own construction arm instead of appointing a main contractor. What that does to programme and quality, where the concentrated risk sits, and what to check.
Where this project stands today
I will tell you which layouts are available now, what entry really costs and what the people who live in or let the building think of it — no marketing language.
