By transaction count the company is far from first — 2,768 in seven months against 8,411 for the leader. But by revenue it beats that leader: AED 8 billion against 7.5 billion.
The average ticket, around AED 2.9 million, is higher than the market's second-placed developer. What that means practically for a buyer: the developer works in a pricier segment at lower volume, so each project gets more attention — but don't expect discounts, either.
Al Maktoum Airport is fifteen minutes away. The community has a championship golf course, Expo City, a business cluster, a GEMS school, parks and shops.
