Layouts and the handover date come from the developer's brochure in our archive.
Prices and payment plans from the same source are deliberately not published:
they are dated to when the brochure was issued and do not match today's prices.
I will send the current ones over WhatsApp.
Developer prices
These are the starting prices as of the date shown, not today's list: off-plan
they are revised several times a year, and more often upwards than down.

Forty-four storeys in Sobha Hartland II, under construction: the lowest Skyscape tower, where the main format is a two-bedroom with a study.
What it is
Skyscape Aura is a 44-storey Sobha Realty residential building in Sobha Hartland 2, part of the Skyscape project. Under construction; no handover date in the passport. Layouts: one, two and three bedrooms.
The developer's inventory of 2 June 2026 showed 85 available units. Sixty of them are two-bedroom-plus-study, from AED 3.86 million at 1,512–2,013 ft².
The rest are handfuls: two one-bedrooms from AED 1.96 million, nineteen one-bedroom-plus-study from AED 2.11 million, three two-bedrooms from AED 3.38 million and one 2,008 ft² three-bedroom at AED 5.02 million.
A one-format building
If you want a two-bedroom with a study, this is where you get the widest choice of floors and orientations. If you want a one- or three-bedroom, there's practically nothing to choose from.
Twenty-four units look only at the Dubai skyline, with no lagoon or community in the view description — worth weighing when picking a side.
Sobha Hartland is a single-developer quarter with one standard and one management company; our database has 102 lots there, median AED 2.15 million, AED 2,335/ft². No lots in Aura itself as of 21 September 2026.
Propsearch passport: 44 storeys, developer Sobha Realty, status under construction. Sobha broker inventory of 02.06.2026: 85 available units, starting prices and sizes by format, views. Our stock as of 21 September 2026: no lots in the project; Sobha Hartland — 102 lots, median and price per square foot.

1-bedroom, 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom, according to the developer's brochure. Which sizes are actually free right now depends on what is on the market; I will send the current list.
How much does an apartment in Skyscape Aura cost?

Keeta Drone has signed an MoU with Sobha Realty to bring drone delivery to Sobha Hartland, home to 11 000+ residents — the service's first tie-up with a developer's smart community in the UAE. It already flies in Dubai Silicon Oasis and Nad Al Sheba. What it changes for tenants and owners.
A developer that builds with its own construction arm instead of appointing a main contractor. What that does to programme and quality, where the concentrated risk sits, and what to check.
Where this project stands today
I will tell you which layouts are available now, what entry really costs and what the people who live in or let the building think of it — no marketing language.
