Murjan 1 is a building in the Murjan cluster in Jumeirah Beach Residence, 46 storeys. The cluster as a whole is listed separately in our database, as is the Murjan 5 building.

Our own stock carries three listings: sizes around 1,893 square feet, price per square foot AED 2,122.

That is the top row among the 2007-generation clusters — a third more expensive than the neighbouring Murjan 5 building at AED 1,638.

One beach, two price tiers

The explanation is usually the building's position relative to the sea and the mix of units on offer: one sample may have picked up higher, sea-facing floors, another lower ones.
