The availability list of 16 December 2025 had 107 apartments free, three quarters of them one-bedrooms. That quote is more than six months old, so we don't show prices.
A tower in townhouse country
JVT is part of the same Nakheel programme as JVC but with a different mix: more townhouses and villas, apartments mostly in low blocks, and more families staying for the long term. Twenty-nine storeys is the exception here.

Every unit comes with built-in furniture, wardrobes and German kitchen appliances, and the building is pet-friendly. Shared spaces include a 360-degree terrace on the 12th floor for yoga and meditation, a rooftop garden, a lounge area and an open-air cinema.
Mr. Eight Development has worked in Europe for more than twelve years, with completed buildings in Riga and Jurmala, and commissions signature scents for its projects together with perfumers.
