What it is

Cloud Tower Block A is a block of the Cloud Tower residential complex in Jumeirah Village Triangle, 34 storeys and 229 residences, status handed over.

Our own stock has two lots: sizes of about 624 square feet, prices from AED 940,000 to AED 1.39 million, a price of AED 1,506/ft².

The second block, Block B, appears in our database as a separate entry: 33 storeys, 218 residences, a price of AED 1,586/ft².

Price per square foot by JVT project

JVT splits into two halves: apartment towers at AED 1,401–3,103/ft², and villa plots in Districts 1–8 at AED 1,126–1,725.

Triangle versus circle

JVT in our database totals 37 lots under two spellings, a price of AED 1,602–1,848/ft², with a median of AED 890,000 for the apartment segment.

JVT and neighbouring JVC are districts from the same family, but JVT costs more per square foot: AED 1,848 against 1,474. The difference isn't in the build quality — it's in density.

JVC is built up almost entirely with towers, while JVT is about half villas and townhouses, and the living environment there is quieter. That's also what makes it less liquid: less supply, and fewer buyers too.

For renting out, JVC is the better deal — the entry cost is lower and demand is higher. For living there, people usually prefer JVT specifically for its lower density.
