Vida is the lightest of Emaar's hospitality brands, positioned below Address and Palace. In central districts, its premium is noticeable; here, Club Point trades at AED 2,552/ft² — cheaper than the non-branded Lime Gardens at AED 2,874/ft².
In other words, the Vida brand carries no premium at all in this district. The scale we've compiled across the city confirms the pattern: buyers pay for a brand where they're buying status and service, and don't pay for it where they're buying a park and schools.
So the question worth asking isn't about the brand — it's about the service charge: hotel-style management costs money regardless of whether the market pays a price premium for it.
