Jumeirah Golf Estates is an established, green district built around two championship golf courses — one of Dubai's quietest residential quarters. The key feature for a buyer is that it is already built: the infrastructure works, the trees have grown, and there is almost no free land left for new projects.
That's exactly why a launch inside a district like this is rare. A buyer gets a finished environment right away, not in five years' time, and that changes the calculation fundamentally compared with new masterplans on the city's edges.

Arada is a developer known primarily for large-scale projects in Sharjah; Jouri Hills was one of its notable moves into Dubai's premium segment. What's worth checking here is the standard set: what the company has already delivered in Dubai, and the condition of those buildings today.
The prices above are dated 2023 and given in dollars, as they were quoted at launch. By our own rule, a quote like that is long out of date: the current price on any available lot should come from the developer or the transaction register, not from here.
Jouri Hills comprises 294 villas and townhouses in total. The two championship courses next door at Jumeirah Golf Estates, Earth and Fire, were designed by Greg Norman.
Each home was specified with floor-to-ceiling windows and skylights, plus built-in appliances: dishwasher, washer-dryer, oven, microwave and fridge. The community is gated, with 24-hour security.
