Aljada isn't a single building but a master community by Arada in Sharjah, built in phases. Layouts run from one to four bedrooms, and the headline handover in the launch announcement is Q2 2028.
The unsold inventory as of 31 August 2026 is spread across eleven buildings, most of it in The Gate 3 (67 units), The Gate 5 (34), Safa 1 (30) and il teatro (29).
Handover dates within the community are two and a half years apart: il teatro and Tiraz7 were due on 31 August 2026, Nesba at the end of 2027, the Gate and Safa quarters in summer and late 2028, and JENNA1 on 31 March 2029.

Most of it is two-bedrooms: 182 of the 249 units. Only eleven one-bedrooms and three four-bedrooms are left; those formats are nearly gone.
Sizes vary widely within a single type — two-bedrooms run from 1,078 to 3,141 ft² — so a starting price says little about a given apartment. Compare building, size and handover date together.
Entry in Sharjah is well below Dubai: a one-bedroom from AED 990,000 at 722 ft². Off-plan prices are revised several times a year, more often upwards.
