Galaxy is a rare low-rise format for Binghatti: not a forty-storey tower but a low building. For JVC that's a noticeable difference — fewer neighbours, less load on the lifts and parking.
The finish is described specifically in the materials: Gaya marble, Tan oak, matte brass. Naming actual materials instead of a generic "premium class" is a good sign, but they're verified against the specification attached to the contract.
Amenities: a pool, a gym, a barbecue area, parking, parks and gardens, a running track, a meditation spot, shops, cafés and restaurants.
February 2024: studios from $163,400 at 44 m² and up, one-bedrooms from $245,000 at 54 m², two-bedrooms from $558,000 at 120 m². Payment plan: 20% at booking, 50% during construction, 30% on handover.
The stated handover was Q3 2024 — six months after this price list. That timeline meant a buyer was effectively entering an already-finished building with an instalment plan, not a construction project.
