Altitude de Grisogono is a residential skyscraper by Damac Properties in Business Bay, 40 storeys, designed by Khatib & Alami. It's under construction, with handover per the brochure in Q1 2028.
Layouts are studios and one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. The passport lists a pool, spa and sauna, and landscaped grounds. The unit count isn't stated.

Damac already has a building under the same name in the district — Chic Tower by de Grisogono. A brand name usually lifts the entry price; what it actually delivers in finishes and service is a matter for the specification, not the name.
Business Bay offers the widest choice in our database: 376 lots, a median of AED 3.5 million and AED 2,849 per ft². Of the lots with a known status, 93 are ready and 175 under construction; 170 are discounted, by up to 28%.
With that much supply, resale competition is stiff: dozens of developers of very different calibre have built here, and neighbouring towers can differ sharply in quality.

Listings for Altitude de Grisogono do not turn up every day. Message me — I will check the closed bases and suggest similar options nearby, in Business Bay.
Ask about this projectThe final payment on this building falls in 2028 — under off-plan plans that is 40–60% of the price in one go. A UAE bank closes it: the flat becomes the security, and nothing is added on top of what the developer has already been paid.
