Cavalli Tower is a residential skyscraper in Dubai Media City by Damac Properties, designed by LACASA Architects together with Killa Design — the firm behind the Museum of the Future. 69 storeys, 498 residences, currently under construction. The factsheet confirms a pool, parking and landscaping.
Roberto Cavalli is the Italian fashion house responsible for the interior design. Damac answers for construction timing and quality — that's the party to assess.
Dubai Media City in our database: 10 lots, median AED 2.44 million at around AED 2,435/ft². Ten listings for the whole district — a thin market.
The reason is structural: Media City was built as a business cluster for media and advertising companies, and residential projects there have always been scarce. The tenant is an employee of the district's companies — demand is stable and professional.
Thirty-one of our lots belong to this building alone — meaning this one property has three times more listings than the entire rest of the district. Once handed over, it will become a significant part of the local market, worth factoring in when planning to let or resell.
Thirty-one lots run from AED 2.44 to 32 million. A spread like that within one building means different products: compact residences on the mid floors and large ones near the top.
An average price for the project means nothing here — comparisons only work between like units. But with thirty-one sellers inside one building, a buyer has a rare negotiating position: they compete with each other, not with you.
Materials from 2023 list a 900 m² pool with an artificial beach, a spa and panoramic pool on the 58th floor, virtual golf and a concierge, plus on-demand services: butler, housekeeping, nanny, personal trainer and chef, and laundry.
Handover was then quoted for December 2025; the tower is still under construction, so that date has slipped. The architecture is by Shaun Killa's Killa Design, the studio behind the Museum of the Future.

The final payment on this building falls in 2026 — under off-plan plans that is 40–60% of the price in one go. A UAE bank closes it: the flat becomes the security, and nothing is added on top of what the developer has already been paid.

Damac and ADIB opened finance on projects 35% built once the buyer has paid 50% (March 2025). In 2026 Emirates NBD launched a scheme for Meraas, Nakheel and Dubai Properties from 30% completion, and ADCB a 12-month pre-approval from 3.49%.
