The spread inside a single "one-bedroom" category runs from 74.34 to 90.77 square metres — more than 20%. The question to ask isn't "how many bedrooms" but "which type, and on what floor."
The balcony difference is even sharper: 1A has a 12.24 sqm balcony, 1B has 4.43. At nearly the same total area, these are two quite different homes to live in.
The floor ranges for most types skip the 41st and 42nd — there are no units of these types on those floors. A technical or amenity level is a reasonable guess, but the plans themselves don't say so, so simply ask what's on those floors.
