Q4 2026 is the nearest handover across the entire master plan. The remaining buildings are delivered between 2027 and 2029.
The order in which buildings are handed over determines what the district will look like when you move in. Seascape comes second — after Seagate and ahead of everything else.

An early phase in a district still under construction cuts both ways. The upside: the price doesn't yet include a premium for a finished environment — one that will appear once the master plan is complete.
The downside: retail, the promenade and services fill in alongside residents, not by the time the first building is handed over. For the first two to three years the district runs at half capacity, and that has to factor into the numbers if you're buying to rent out.
