What it is
River Cove Residences is a building within the Sobha City project by Sobha Realty. These are the only apartments in Sobha City: The Orchard and The Terraces there are villas. Our catalogue files the project under Business Bay; it has no propsearch passport of its own, and storeys and total unit count are not given.
According to the developer's list of 2 June 2026, 12 units were unsold across three towers: eight in Tower A, three in Tower C and one in Tower B.
One layout, different views
The developer's entire remaining stock is a two-bedroom of 1,013–1,014 ft² with a guest toilet and balcony, from AED 2,430,921. Prices differ by three thousand dirhams — effectively identical.
What separates the units is the view: five face greenery, three look onto the canal and greenery, the rest onto the amenities and promenade.
The resale picture is wider. Our stock has four lots from AED 1,545,000: a one-bedroom at AED 1.545 million, a 1,206 ft² two-bedroom at AED 3.2 million and two three-bedrooms — AED 3.95 million for 1,750 ft² and AED 4.4 million for 1,839 ft², the latter 6% below market.
