Jura Terraces has no dedicated propsearch passport: it is tied to the general DubaiLand Residence Complex page, and the site files it under the Wadi Al Safa 5 sector. The developer, storey count, number of units and handover date are not in our data.

Its neighbours in the sector are Cove Boulevard and Cove Edition Residence 3 by Imtiaz, IVY Gardens by Samana, Bliss Homes and Peace Lagoons. Different developers, different formats — what they share is mostly the address.

So an honest review here is short: first get the developer's name and the project's registry number from the seller, and only then compare prices.

Wadi Al Safa is a group of numbered land sectors along the Dubai–Al Ain Road. Inside them sit townhouse communities, villas, apartment complexes and empty plots, with no shared infrastructure and no single management company.

Our stock has 12 lots in Wadi Al Safa: median AED 8.2 million, entry from AED 600,000, AED 1,632/ft². All ten lots with a known status are under construction; none are ready.

That median blends villas and compact apartments, so it says nothing about Jura Terraces. Benchmark against deals inside the project itself.
