Our stock as of 28 August 2026. A golf course alone doesn't command a premium: DAMAC Hills, with the Trump International course, trades below Dubai Hills Estate, which has no course at all. What decides price is the age of the neighbourhood and proximity to the city.
An apartment by the Trump International course

AED 1.15 million for 645 square feet is an affordable entry into a community where villas start from AED 3.3 million and run to 24 million.
