Yet all four lots we hold at this address are one- and two-bedroom apartments with a handover date in Q4 2026. Neither the residential designation nor that date squares with the factsheet.

First — what the specific unit's title deed actually states: office or residential. That determines the applicable rates, whether a residential tenancy can be registered, and how a bank values the unit for a mortgage.
