The island's buildings were built at the same time, to the same project, but they vary by nearly double on price per square foot: from AED 3,729 at Bluewaters Bay to AED 7,262 here.

The difference comes from position relative to the sea and height: fifteen storeys against nine means the upper apartments see the bay over the top of the neighbouring buildings.
