The Gate 6 at Aljada

The Gate 6 in Aljada, Sharjah, is the only building with the full one- to four-bedroom range, and it hands over six months after its neighbours, on 31 December 2028.

What it is

The Gate 6 is a building in the Aljada master community in Sharjah by Arada. Handover per the availability list is 31 December 2028, against 30 June for The Gate 3, 4 and 5. No floor count or unit count in the file.

On 30 August 2026, 24 units were left: 2 one-bedrooms of 851 ft² from AED 1,170,000, 12 two-bedrooms of 1,084–1,397 ft² from AED 1,425,000, 7 three-bedrooms of 1,616–2,197 ft² from AED 2,075,000 and 3 four-bedrooms of 2,356–3,190 ft² from AED 3,125,000.

The whole range in one building

It's the only Aljada building whose remaining stock covered one to four bedrooms, and the only one with four-bedrooms at all. For a family that needs a large apartment rather than a townhouse, the choice in the community effectively comes down to this building.

A one-bedroom at AED 1,170,000 is the lowest launch ticket among the Gate buildings on that date — but there are only two.

The project page shows the same 4 stock lots as the neighbouring Gate buildings: an 886 ft² two-bedroom at AED 1.55 million, a 1,653 ft² three-bedroom at AED 2.4 million and two townhouses at AED 2.85–2.95 million. Judging by the mix, these are Aljada-wide lots.
