Brochure layouts run from one to four bedrooms. The only amenity in the project description is retail.
Next door are the same developer’s Maybach 6 and Maybach Ultimate Luxury. Vision Iconic, starting at AED 2.6 million for a one-bedroom, is a different segment from the Maybach line.
Binghatti’s full broker inventory dated 6 April 2026 showed 828 available units. Most are one-bedrooms: 603 from AED 2.6 million at 695–877 ft². Two-bedrooms: 151 from AED 3.9 million at 979–1,092 ft².
Three-bedrooms: 53 from AED 6.25 million at 1,203–1,269 ft²; four-bedrooms: 7 from AED 12.5 million at 2,077–3,057 ft². Royal Suites are listed separately: six two-bedrooms of 2,053 ft² from AED 4.898 million and eight three-bedrooms of 2,533 ft² from AED 7.25 million.
These are starting prices on the date of the export, not today’s price list: off-plan prices get revised several times a year, more often up than down. Some units are labelled with a Burj Khalifa view — that’s price-list wording, not a guarantee for a particular apartment.
We have no units from the project in our stock right now, so there’s no resale price to set the developer’s list against yet.
