The tower that holds Sobha Orbis's inventory: 48 of the complex's 85 units, nearly all one-and-a-half-bedrooms with a panorama, and the cheapest way into the project.

What it is

Sobha Orbis Tower E is a building in the Sobha Orbis complex in Motor City. The building's passport has no storey count; the tallest block in the complex has 36 storeys.

Sobha's inventory of 2 June 2026 showed 48 available units here — the largest remainder among the Orbis towers. Forty-six are a bedroom with study and storeroom at 702–926 ft² from AED 1,702,932, the cheapest unit in the whole project.

Besides those: one 1,252 ft² two-bedroom at AED 2.81 million and one 2,363 ft² retail unit at AED 11.81 million.

Choosing a floor, not a format

Forty-five of the forty-six one-and-a-half-bedrooms come with a 180-degree view — Miracle Garden, villas, the golf course and the city, per the developer. With format and view almost identical, the units differ by floor.

The other Orbis towers have only a handful of units left each, so in practice choosing in this project today means choosing within Tower E.

Our stock as of 21 September 2026 has two units attached to the building: a one-bedroom at AED 940,000 (−18%) and a 675 ft² one-and-a-half-bedroom at AED 1.4 million.
