Terms that move
The 30/70 plan with two years free of service charges is a September offer, announced as valid until 30 September 2026; in August the same units went on 40/60. The June mailing had studios from AED 783,000 and one-bedrooms from AED 1.2 million.
The developer promises a rooftop infinity pool, an open-air cinema, a padel court, a Technogym gym, a co-working lounge and a dog park — launch-stage statements.
