Elite Residence is a residential skyscraper in Dubai Marina by Tameer Holdings, the same developer behind Princess Tower a short walk away, and designed by the same architect, Adnan Saffarini.
Both towers were built in the same window, by the same team, on the same street — a rare case where the closest comparison for a building is not a table of district averages but a literal twin a few hundred metres away.

A 34% difference in price per square foot between sister towers by the same developer and architect is not a small margin, and it is not explained by construction quality — both were built to the same standard by the same firm.
What it more likely reflects is positioning at launch and the residual pull of "world's tallest residential building," a title Princess Tower held and Elite Residence, briefly ahead of it, did not keep. Brand memory in a market this size outlasts the technical record by years.
For a buyer weighing the two: on the numbers alone, Elite Residence offers more space per dirham for a building of essentially identical build quality and age. What it does not offer is the name recognition that still moves resale conversations toward its neighbour.
