AVITA by PASSO is a residential building by Beyond Developments on Palm Jumeirah, next to BELLA by PASSO and sharing its beach and amenities. Handover is Q3 2029, and the payment plan is 60/40.
The building has no propsearch passport of its own — only the general one for Palm Jumeirah. Storeys aren't in our data. The developer's mailing of 11 February 2026 contained no prices, and our stock as of 21 September 2026 has no lots here.
The mix, per the developer's mailing
One-bedrooms — 7 units from 840 to 1,411 ft²; two-bedrooms — 14 units from 1,390 to 2,074; three-bedrooms — 8 units from 1,848 to 2,575. The spread within the one-bedrooms is wider than the gap between types in neighbouring buildings.
None of the one-bedrooms has a maid's room; all eight three-bedrooms do, as do exactly half of the two-bedrooms. Ground-floor and podium units come with terraces.
Fifteen of the twenty-nine units face the sea, ten are 'Beach Elite' and four face the city. On the Palm the view drives the price more than the floor, so compare unit with unit rather than type with type.
