Sealine Residence is a residential building in Al Zorah (Ajman) by Al Zorah Development, status "under construction", handover 31 December 2026. Storeys and total unit count are not in the materials, and there is no propsearch passport.
The unit-by-unit payment plan of 5 August 2026 shows 20 unsold units: 12 one-bedrooms from AED 1,425,926 at 932–975 ft², three two-bedroom duplexes from AED 3,351,354 at 2,001–2,024 ft², and five three-bedroom duplexes from AED 5,155,924 at 2,817–2,862 ft².
Duplexes and paying after the keys
Two- and three-bedrooms here come only on two levels: per the developer's list, the lower floor faces the shared garden and pool, the upper one the sea.
The plan is 40/60 with three years of instalments after handover: most of the price is paid after you move in. That eases entry but stretches the debt to the developer past the key date.
The gap between a one-bedroom and a duplex is large — from AED 1.4 million to 3.4 million — and they are different products: a compact flat versus something close to a two-level house.
