What it is
Gateway is a residential building in the Al Zorah community by Al Zorah Development, under construction. Handover is Q4 2026; the payment plan names the exact date — 31 December 2026. Storeys and unit count aren't in our file.
The unit-by-unit payment plan of 5 August 2026 had 35 units free: 24 one-bedrooms from AED 932,257 at 717–1,198 ft², nine two-bedrooms from AED 2,189,916 at 1,684–1,831 ft², and two three-bedrooms from AED 4,432,258 at 3,038 ft².

Paying after the keys
The plan is 40/60: 10% on booking, 5% and 5% over the first two months, 20% on handover, then twelve quarterly instalments of 5%. In other words, you get an almost finished home and pay 60% after handover.
That suits a buyer who plans to let the unit and cover instalments from rent. The catch: until it's paid off, the unit usually stays encumbered to the developer, and reselling earlier happens on the developer's terms.
One-bedroom sizes vary a lot — 717 to 1,198 ft² — so the starting price describes the most compact units, not a typical one.
