The mix in our sample is unusually broad for a single cluster: an apartment, townhouses and villas with 1, 4, 5 and 6 bedrooms, sizes from 2,277 to 4,802 square feet.
Prices run from AED 2.7 million to AED 7.2 million, with an average price per square foot around AED 1,333. That's the most affordable level among all the addresses we've reviewed.
Neighbouring Costa Brava, in our sample, runs at AED 1,485 per foot. The difference between clusters within the same community is small, and the choice between them should come down to styling and distance to the lagoon rather than price.
