Elo is a 15-storey residential building by Damac Properties in Damac Hills 2, status "under construction", brochure handover in Q4 2026. The architectural design is by Eng. Adnan Saffarini; the passport lists a pool.
Our stock has three units: a 554 ft² one-bedroom at AED 720,000, a 775 ft² one-bedroom at AED 750,000 and a 2,352 ft² two-bedroom at AED 1.15 million.
The brochure lists only two-bedrooms, yet one-bedrooms are on sale, and a 2,352 ft² two-bedroom looks too large for that price. Both discrepancies need to be settled with documents before any deal.
An apartment in a villa community
Damac Hills 2 — formerly Akoya Oxygen — is a large, remote community of villas and townhouses with its own facilities: parks, a zoo, a wave-pool beach, a school and a clinic. Elo is an apartment tower inside it.
Our database has 30 lots in the district, median AED 2.3 million, AED 1,205/ft², cheapest lot AED 660,000. Elo's units sit near the bottom of the local market.
The price here reflects distance, plainly: Downtown, Business Bay and the Marina are a long drive, and the morning commute takes noticeably longer than a traffic-free map suggests.
