Twenty-one storeys is taller than usual for a district dominated by six-to-twelve-storey buildings. Rental demand in JVC is dense, but so is supply — there's always choice within the district.

Ask about this projectThe final payment on this building falls in 2027 — under off-plan plans that is 40–60% of the price in one go. A UAE bank closes it: the flat becomes the security, and nothing is added on top of what the developer has already been paid.

The developer's brochure says Q1 2027. The date in the contract for a particular unit can differ — I check it before the deal.
Studios, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, 3-bedroom and 4-bedroom, according to the developer's brochure. Which sizes are actually free right now depends on what is on the market; I will send the current list.
JVC. Jumeirah Village Circle: the highest-volume apartment district in Dubai, and the default answer for yield.
