Apartments in the tower and three-storey townhouses. All units have laundry rooms and balconies; the townhouses additionally have roof terraces, walk-in closets, and staff rooms.
A separate laundry room is a detail people usually only notice after moving in: in compact Dubai layouts, the washing machine typically ends up in the kitchen or bathroom.
The district's first school
Dubai Creek Harbour has been under development for more than ten years, and it still hasn't had its own school — families have had to drive their children to neighbouring districts.
A school changes the demand profile: the district becomes suitable for families to live in full-time, not just for investors and childless tenants. Over a few years' horizon, that typically supports both price and occupancy.
Location
Five minutes to the yacht club. The quarter has a promenade, gardens, parks, and shops; the podium has landscaping, a yoga zone, and children's play areas.

A mortgage covers the final instalment
The final payment on this building falls in 2029 — under off-plan plans that is 40–60% of the price in one go. A UAE bank closes it: the flat becomes the security, and nothing is added on top of what the developer has already been paid.
