Radisson Blu Residences RAK Central is a BNW Developments building managed by Radisson Blu in RAK Central, a district being built by master developer Marjan. It is mixed-use: homes plus retail. Storeys, unit count, status and handover date are not in our materials, and there is no propsearch passport.
In a mailing to brokers dated 27 March 2026 the developer showcased unit 1109 at 471 ft² — from AED 1,000,000, on a 50/50 plan. That is one specific apartment, not the building's entry price: the materials contained no price list by unit type.
Per the mailing: a central plaza, gardens, a rooftop infinity pool and a podium pool, spa and sauna, an outdoor gym, a cricket pitch, a barbecue area, a children's playground, shops and restaurants. That is the developer's list, not a description of a finished building.
According to Marjan's materials, the district is planned for 4,000+ apartments, 1,000+ hotel rooms and 6,000+ jobs, with an expected population of 9,540; the offices are billed as Grade A. Location: off the E-11 highway, next to Al Hamra Mall, the RAKEZ free zone and Al Marjan Island.
All the district figures are the master developer's projections. How much of it exists by the time this building is handed over only the construction itself will show.
