Amenities, per the developer: gym, infinity pool, children's play area, padel court, yoga area, jogging track, outdoor gym, sauna and barbecue.
The building is almost entirely small formats: 103 one-beds and 99 two-beds against nine three-beds in the whole building. A three-bed here is a rarity, not the core product.
The factsheet gives no price line; it says prices are the same as the neighbouring Radisson Blu building in the same quarter. We have no lots in the project in our stock as of 21 September 2026.
