What a 42-storey tower brings to a low-rise district
JVC is mostly built up with mid-rise buildings, so 42 storeys is a dominant landmark here. The upper levels get open views that would cost several times more in dense central districts.
The trade-off is the same as with any high-rise in a low-rise setting: added strain on roads designed for a different density. Getting out of JVC at rush hour is a known problem, and it's worth checking for yourself.
