What it is
Naya 3 is the third phase of Naya in District One, in the Meydan One quarter; the developer is Nakheel. Brochure handover: third quarter of 2027; layouts: two bedrooms. There's no separate propsearch passport for the phase, and the storey count isn't in our file.
District One is MBR City's best-known project: villas around the man-made Crystal Lagoon with a beach along its edge, a joint Nakheel and Meydan development.

Developer and launch
Naya 3 is the third phase of Naya at District One, built by Nakheel. The first Naya tower went on sale in October 2023, and the third phase followed at the end of March 2024.
Naya comprises three residential towers on the edge of the Crystal Lagoon, looking over the water and the Dubai skyline, with layouts from one to four bedrooms and separate lagoon villas.

The final payment on this building falls in 2027 — under off-plan plans that is 40–60% of the price in one go. A UAE bank closes it: the flat becomes the security, and nothing is added on top of what the developer has already been paid.

- 6–12 months before the keys — the bank wants six months of income history
