The practical effect for a resident cuts both ways. The view and quiet are better than at ground level, but access depends on the elevators — in a 44-storey tower, that's noticeable during peak hours.
The district
JVT is a family district with parks, a mall, nurseries and schools; JBR beach is stated as fifteen minutes away. Every apartment has a smart home system and a balcony, and the podium has pools, sports courts and barbecue areas.
Unlike neighbouring JVC, it's quieter and less densely built here — but fewer transactions also go through, meaning an exit takes longer.
