Al Satwa, also known as Jumeirah Garden City, sits beside the city's main highway between Jumeirah and the Museum of the Future. The district's master developer plans a large-scale redevelopment with housing, retail, offices, public facilities and hotels.
The key point: the area only recently became available to foreign buyers. It is usually exactly this switch to freehold that triggers a revaluation in districts like this.
