Where it is
JVT
The same idea as JVC, two storeys lower and considerably calmer: a grid of quiet streets where a townhouse costs what an apartment costs closer in.
- a townhouse at apartment money
- family tenants
- long tenancies
What to check: The community was built in phases and is still filling in. Check what stands on the plots around your street and what is permitted there — a quiet corner in JVT stops being quiet the moment the plot opposite starts building.
