One-, two- and three-bedroom units are announced with a separate maid's room with its own bathroom; three-bedroom units have a master bathroom with a tub and a walk-in shower. The three-bedroom duplex townhouses sit on the podium roof, each with its own garden.

Three payment plans
The developer offers three options: a 10% down payment, then six instalments of 5% during construction and 60% on completion; 50% up front and 50% on completion with a 4% discount; or 100% up front with a 7% discount.
How the apartment phase sold
The apartment release on 12 September 2023 was one of Abu Dhabi's busiest launches: it was the last of six apartment buildings, more than 3,000 people registered, about 350 units were taken before the official start and the remaining 250 went on open sale. Prices started at roughly USD 3,222 per m².
Homes come with designer finishes and built-in appliances and sanitaryware; the community mixes townhouses with clubhouse-style apartment buildings. At launch, handover was stated for Q3 2026. In spring 2024 the developer released a further phase of the project.
