Two payment plans
Up to the final instalment both plans are identical: 20% on booking, then 5% on 15.02.2026, 5% on 15.06.2026, 10% on 15.10.2026, 5% on 15.02.2027, 10% on 15.07.2027 and 5% on 15.11.2027.
Then they split: either 40% on completion in June 2028 (60/40), or 10% on completion and the remaining 30% at 2.5% a quarter over three years after handover.
