The developer is MERED, and the architecture is by Italy's Pininfarina — the studio behind Ferrari and Maserati bodywork. It's not the first time a car-design house has worked on a Dubai residential project, but here Pininfarina is responsible for the tower itself, not just interior finishes.
Per the listing: 66 storeys, 310 apartments and one penthouse. General contractor Sera Group, with the main works carried out by TAV Construction and the foundation by Dutch Foundation Company. Construction began in September 2024, with handover stated for late 2027 to early 2028.
The plot is in Al Sufouh 2, on the border of Dubai Internet City and Media City, facing the Palm. This is a coastal corridor with dense office development around it: rental demand here comes from employees of neighbouring companies, not tourists.
The images are official developer renderings. There's exactly one exterior shot: the tower's silhouette in mist. Everything else is common areas and apartments — a podium pool, a yoga hall, a bar, a cinema, a lobby with reception, a spa, a gym, bedrooms and living rooms, an elevator lobby.
One separate shot shows an underground car park with marked spaces for supercars. For a project sold on the Pininfarina name, that's not an incidental detail — it's addressed directly at a buyer with a garage, not just one car.
Pininfarina's brief went beyond the tower's silhouette to the interiors of the shared spaces: a lobby in natural stone, wood and fabric, with light treated as part of the design, and Italian furniture by Zanotta and Tacchini. Show apartments opened for viewings in autumn 2024.
On the engineering side, the developer highlights a Japanese Daikin air-conditioning system with air purification. In March 2024 the tower won the Pillars of Real Estate Awards prize for Project of the Year with Best Architecture. MERED is the Dubai arm of Russia's Pioneer Group.

Al Sufouh. The quiet strip between Media City and Umm Suqeim: beach on one side, business parks on the other, and very little in between.
There are no open listings for this building in the database right now. I will check the price for a particular layout against the closed databases and send it with the deal costs worked out.

In 2023 Pioneer (trading as MERED), Orange Group and Vos’hod announced UAE entries. By autumn 2026 the 66-storey, 310-unit Iconic Tower had reached level 22 with handover due 2027–28, Orange runs a completed 115-key building in JVC, and Nobu on Al Marjan has slipped to 2028.
Mered has entered Abu Dhabi with a 240 000 sqm waterfront project on Oval Bay, designed by Swiss firm Herzog & de Meuron, complete with a private marina. Handover is set for March 2029; deep-foundation works began in spring 2026.
